Illegal parking at Torbitt Way.

Every morning and afternoon during the school run there are loads of cars parked in residents parking spaces and on the road. Our lane is a cul-de-sac and this creates a huge traffic problem too while entering and exiting the lane with so many unwanted vehicles. Even if you speak politely to the car owners who are parked in our private parking spaces, they all get aggressive and start threatening you and don't apologize and admit they are wrong. Their excuse is that it doesn't say anywhere it is "private parking". We have all seen the deeds of our properties and it clearly tells us all our private parking space so yes, anybody else parking without our permission is basically trespassing.

Can you please do something about it? All the residents of Torbitt Way are sick of these unauthorized parking in our private bays.
