Abandoned car outside my house

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2809986.

There has been a car (Reg: KC05 ZYX) parked outside my house since March 2020. It has not moved or been driven by anyone in that time. I have checked on the DVLA website and the MOT has now expired. Parking is a problem down our street and this abandoned car is taking up a precious parking space.
