  • This is in Kelsey Lane, immediately adjacent to 'Wayside The overhang is from a back garden, the property in Cooper's Mews. There are a couple of other similar overhanging issues from Cooper's News. The owners of these properties must not be aware that their back garden foliage affects use of footpath in Kelsey Lane.

  • There is still a large amount of ivy which has not been dealt with. Overhanging from samw property in Coopers Mews, almost as if the contractor ran out of time! Please just finish the job properly! There are also large vines overhanging from other gardens from Coopers Mews onto Kelsey Lane. Please can council remind these households of their obligations? One has to step off the footpath to avoid them
