The footpath between Salesian Gardens and Temple road is a dog toilet!

Reported via desktop in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 12:37, Mon 21 June 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

Please can we have a dog poo bin installed.

Some dog owners are allowing their dogs to foul the area whilst turning a blind eye. It is unacceptable! A child could go blind if they are infected with Toxoplasmosis. Please can you address this problem ASAP as children are playing in the area and it is a footpath used by many parents walking their children to/from school.

  • I have discussed this with one of our senior managers, and he has agreed that on this occasion we will send a crew to clear the pathway, but for future reference, the path from Salecian Gardens, to where it joins the path from Don Bosco Close, is private land, and the responsibility of the relevant Housing Authority to maintain.

    State changed to: Fixed
