Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Villiers Road is used as a rat run due to speed bumps on Kingsclere Road and Middleton stoney Road. Can the council look at speed bumps for this Road as it is residential with a shop and playpark. This has been an issue for at least 5 plus years with several accidents or near misses.
