Inoperable highways drains

A1122 Downham Market. Right outside the Sue Ryder shop, between the two river bridges. Highways drains not working - see photos. When this happens the footway to the shops floods as well as the road itself. Despite previous reports and promises of action/remedy by NCC Highways, the two gullies at this location still fail to drain the highway of surface water during moderate or heavier rainfall, leaving the highway regularly flooded. Please will you make a proper repair to this defect. Simply cleaning out the gullies is clearly not working.

Still nothing done, still flooding the road and the footway as well as the pedestrian crossing whenever it rains.
