Inoperable highway drain

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 22:36, Sun 20 June 2021

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2806328.

Lady Drove, Downham Market, junction with A1122. Highways drain at junction, close to the 'slippery road surface' warning sign - see photo. Despite previous reports and promises of action/remedy by NCC Highways, the gully at this location still fails to drain the highway of surface water during moderate or heavier rainfall, leaving the highway regularly flooded. Please will you make a proper repair to this defect. Simply cleaning out the gully is clearly not working.
