Dangerous junction

I live near the junction of Leopold st and St Mary's rd in Cowley. Several times a day, I see cars going through this junction (usually along St Mary's - the right of way) very fast without slowing for the junction. I also see people on bikes and e-scooters often going along Leopold, who should give way at the junction, but they don't. Sometimes even just minutes apart this happens and it worries me so much. I feel like it's only a matter of time before something bad happens. Wondering if you'd be open to considering evaluating it, maybe putting a sign up on Leopold warning people of the junction, or installing a "STOP" sign? Or a sign on St Mary's warning people of the junction approaching? Thanks!

Thank you for your report. We have assessed it and found that it does not currently meet the criteria for intervention, so will not be fixing at this time. There is a Give way sign already coming off from the Leopold street, and this is now a 20 mph zone. And it is an offence under section 89 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 (RTRA 1984). Exceeding the speed limit. This legislation is enforced by Thames Valley Police.
Also it does come under the Road safety act 1989 section 3:
If a person drives a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or other public place without due care and attention, or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road or place, he is guilty of an offence.
Which again is Enforced By Thames Valley Police.
