We have a reoccurring issue with someone dumping rubbish down the street. This time my husband caught them doing it. She lives at no 2 South View and doesn't speak good English. When she was told it was illegal she replied they come and take it away. To which my husband said yes because my wife reports it!! Please can someone go and explain this to her?

  • Some of the rubbish was removed but it's been replaced with more rubbish.

    There is a bag of rubbish that was left plus an overflowing blue bin that the council won't remove.
