Poor drainage

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2800356.

Poor drainage of road and pavements causes water to pool during rain. Cars cannot avoid due to the road bend so are forced to soak (paddling) pedestrians on the pavement.
