Overgrown trees blocking pavement

These trees have not been maintained in a long time and are now completely encroaching over the pavement. This includes one tree which has poisonous flowers on it. In order to walk round this area one would have to walk in the road. Whilst it is a quiet cul-de-sac, there are children who want to be able to walk safely round on the pavement.
