Abandoned vehicle

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2797518.

There is an abandoned van parked in the carpark that has now been there for 2 weeks, having spoken with the builders on site i have been given very contradicting reasons as to why it has been left here and i have been given multiple dates as to when it would be moved and these have passed. Yes the vehicle is taxed and insured but as no one is claming ownership i would like this looked into now.
