Road surface deteriorating in the heat

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2796657.

The road surface was relaid several years ago. The contractor used substandard materials. It melts in the summer heat. There are several more cases of this in and around Portchester. We were told the road would be resurfaced. It hasn’t been and is getting worse every year.
