Over grown shrubs, bushes and sycamore saplings that have overtaken the foot path and causing hazard for pedestrians walking down or up Richmond lane. These belong to residents of Carisbrooke Court who are failing to cut them back and they contain overhanging brambles which today have caused injury to my wife's face.
