Footway Obstructed by Trees

Reported via Android in the Trees overhanging highways category anonymously at 16:26, Tue 15 June 2021

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2794031.

Trees and hedging are encroaching on the foorway to the road from Brundall to Strumpshaw and have reduced the width and obstructed it such that pedestrians are being forced into the road on a bend adjacent to a junction. The road is narrow here and the sightIines coming from Brundall are poor meaning that the risk of accident to pedestrians and vehicles is increased.

The owner of the property concerned needs to cut the vegetation back to restore the full width of the footway.
