Oil spills in St. Jude's cemetery car park

There are a number of significant oil spills in the public pay & display car park. All appear to come from vehicles related to the car mechanics opposite with most trails leading straight into their workshop.

Why does RBC allow their facilities to be treated like this?

The council need to look at this and consider the environmental impact this is having, some of these oil spills are 4ft long. Absolutely disgusting.
