Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2787496.

Quad bikes in park at Saint Monica's playing fields. Park was busy with kids playing and dog walkers. Two quad bikes in park showing no regard speeding through young kids playing football.

Updates

Children as young as six on quad bikes terrorising the public and parents standing watching. Two groundsmen stood and did absolutely nothing.
