Barking dog

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council and North Kesteven District Council 5 minutes later

The dog is continually barking when the owners are in!! they leave it in the garden barking away constantly which is anoying all the neighbours most of which have their own quiet dogs! The problem address is 11 Barley Lane, Billinghay

Had a response already but only telling me it's the wrong department and I need to ring someone else!! hopeless...................
