This flat bed lorry appeared before Christmas 2020 and hasn't moved since. Parking is limited on Avenue road so this has only made things worse. Checking the DVLA website it's long overdue an MOT which could be the reason it was parked near the Nissan garage nearby. It's been slowly filling with rubbish which the owner hasn't moved so must not want the lorry anymore. Please investigate.
