My mum is disabled and keeps getting blocked in

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2785659.

Mum lives in a cul-de-sac, and as a disabled lady who is going on dialysis soon, she needs access to get in and out. However, the lady across her ex-partner keeps on parking his car in front of my mums, blocking her in. I have asked him to move his car, but I have been given a mouthful of abuse. Please fix
