Broken glass and in need of attention
Reported in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 18:00, Sun 16 September 2012
Sent to Mansfield District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 278374.
The playground in King George V park is in need of attention please. Today there was broken glass all over the small slide! Further the rubber matting tiles are very uneven with big cracks in between (see photos). My toddler caught her foot in a crack last week as she was running and fell twisting her knee - we then had to spend 3 hours in A&E - luckily no fracture but bad sprain (she wouldn't weight bear for two days) Grafiti is also becoming a problem.
