The pathway is crumbling in many places ,curbs missing in two areas

Footpath is in terrible condition,in many areas two place near have curbs missing ,in one place some resident has put tarmac to fill hole ,not a high class look ,I know its ringlestone but I pay council tax and expect better than crumbling paths to walk on ,curbs been missing for 8months footpath been needing attention for 5 years
