Overgrown verges on highway

Yet again the verges on the main road into Hickling from Stalham (Hickling is home to around 600 residents) have become overgrown and dangerous. This is a repeat problem every year i assume due to budget cuts. I am unsure how the council / highways can justify not cutting the verges in May each year. As you can see from the attached images the junction on the Stalham road onto Church road cannot be safely navigated without pulling onto the road.
