Restricted access to street due to bad parking

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2781013.

Due to dangerous and inconsiderate parking, it is difficult to safely drive into and out of Flamville Road. Cars parked regularly on corners at both ends of the street, limiting vision when taking corners. This is a persistent problem and is surely illegal as well as being dangerous. Please can you address this?
