Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2778933.

This is one of two manholes that have sunk considerably and the tarmac cracked which will soon become potholes. This requires urgent attention and should be fixed before the frost gets to them and the tarmac breaks up. This is causing large vehicles to make a considerable noise when they drive over them. These are both directly outside 120 Shelfanger Road in Diss IP22 4DX
