Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2772594.

Drug paraphernalia left in the children’s parks most weekends. I have myself picked it up and disposed of it for the last three Saturday mornings. This is incredibly dangerous for children and dogs.
