Overflowing bottle bank

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2772034.

The clear bottle bank at wattisfield community centre is so overflowing that people have put empty bottles on the ground.aswell as emptying all the bottle banks can you put up signs not to leave bottles if there it is full.
