The road is in a dire condition / multiple potholes

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2771815.

The road needs to be relaid. There are cracks and multiple potholes throughout bounty road.

This is a second request I am raising since the first one was refused despite the fact that the council raised the parking permit in the area by 60% under a promise that the new funds will be used to maintain the roads.
