Margaret street is often used like Santa Pod drag racing track because it is long, quite straight, and a good surface. I have noticed it is often young drivers in small but fast cars, race-replica motorcycles, and even delivery trucks, which all have no chance of stopping if a dog or child runs out. The speeds they travel at, their vehicle will end up in someones living room if they crash.

If the cables which have been laid across the road on Margaret st.near Pilgrim avenue are there to record speeding road-users, they have been installed at the wrong place on Margaret st.
Where they are now, road users have to slow down anyway to turn left into Pilgrim avenue, so this data collection device will probably reveal very little about speeding road users.
The cables need to be MIDWAY between Pelham Road and Pilgrim avenue to achieve anything.
