Cycle lane problem.

Hello, this problem is on the High Road just before the junction of Wellwood Road (heading Westbound).

In the cycle lane there is a patched up area of tarmac, obviously from previous road works. This tarmac has a large depression and has got worse over the last two years. This is forcing cyclists to move into the main traffic flow or if not seen in time could cause a cyclist to have an accident.
