Dogs constantly barking

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2765618.

Council house rules are only 2 dogs allowed, number 10 sixth avenue has more, rules also say it is the owners responsibility that the pets must not annoy neighbours, these dogs barking annoy all of us and nothing is getting done, they also have a large caravan in the garden now with someone living in it.
