Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2760155.

This has been here for quite a while (i don't travel here often so can't be more precise). It looks like the road was dug up for a pipe or similar, filled in and this has now sunk. It's a harsh rut or sunken bit of road going across the entire road.
