Noise nuisance from drain cover when traffic passes

Reported via iOS in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 12:51, Mon 31 May 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2759139.

There is a misaligned drain/service cover in the carriageway (Westbound) that makes a great noise each time a vehicle wheel passes over it. The road is used by goods vehicles which exacerbates the noise. Indeed, the cast iron cover will break if subjectected to much more of this and it undoubtedly cause damage and resulting personal injury.
