BT van permanently parking in turning point at bottom of Dickens Drive

I witnessed a child nearly ran over by a delivery van as he could not turn safety at the bottom of Dickens Drive, this van is permanent there and the BT worker lives at the bottom. These vans should be parked at the BT Depot and not in the street causing congestion for an already busy area and blocking a shared drive as well making there access difficult and dangerous.

  • Van still parking there in the evening preventing the use of the turning point and restricting access to the shared drive. Owners wife works for Melton Council - should know better.
