This vehicle apparently belonged to a previous tenant of the flat that I own. He moved out in January and left this vehicle behind with debts. The Tax expired 01 Mar 2020 and MOT expired 18 Feb 2020. The vehicle is not insured so is on the road illegally. It is parked directly outside the block of flats 31-41 Spindle Drive
