Mopeds speeding - prevention needed

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2753309.

TVP are aware of Mopeds speeding between Hunter Close and Fletcher Road. There is a barrier at the bottom but not the top of the footpath next to the park which is dangerous for mopeds that speed up and down the road.
