Signs of subsidence in overflying roundabout

Reported via desktop in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 10:36, Thu 27 May 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

As observed 21:05, 26/05/2021, the roundabout overflying the M40 at the junction with the A355 (The Beaconsfield Junction).

Long cracks in the tarmac surface on both the South and North sides of the roundabout. Looks like the sub-surface has moved, rather than simple road surface cracking.

Also the road surface is in very poor condition with surface abraidment, delamination and minor cracking.

As is well known, this junction is heavily used.
