Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later
The whole length of Danesbury Crescent was built with on Open plan policy to the road frontage. This over the years has seen continual slow slippage of the enforcement. EG: Fences erected behind hedges, neat small hedges allowed to grow up to close to 2 meter, some even now well over 3 metre and encroaching across the footpath. All of which are in breach of the law relating to constructions adjacent to footpaths and public highways act. The area was inspected last year by one of our councillors but only temporary pruning took place at that time and there has now been 2 seasons of growth along the offending areas. And this year a resident has now had a wall built up to the footpath boundary which if allowed and continued by other residents in the area will change to whole ethos of the area....Photos can follow if no action taken.
