Delivery drivers are moaning as sovereign lodge as sign to medical centre should be more clear to the lodge

No lights in sovereign medical centre car park at night, which also serves sovereign sheltered housing. Have to stand in pitch black to wait for cab and it’s frightening, as it’s on the red way, could we get some lights here
