40inch pothole Following work Thames Water did. The re-surface patch of the hole has sunken.

The re-surface patching by the contractor was poor and the hole not filled correctly meaning the patch area has sunken by 3+inches. Every lorry hits the sunken pothole and rattles and clunks down the hill creating a very noisy issues as well as things falling off the lorry's. The sunken hole/patch needs fixing correctly bringing the surface of the patch level with the road.
