Dangerous stretch of road too many potholes

Stretch of road Lodge Lane/Lime Lane Between Great Stainton and Aycliffe Quarry is very dangerous, potholes all the way along. Cars driving down middle of road to avoid the holes, sooner or later there will be a serious accident caused by the holes. Lots of cyclists also use the road, holes are also a danger to them. are there any plans to repair or resurface?
