Cracks/cuts in Asphalt sinking causing Major Vibrations throughout the buildings

I would like to report an urgent fault on the road surface between 208 Hillington Rd South G52 2BB & the corner of Talla Rd G52 2AY There was a previous repair done in 2016 to the channel where a pipe had been fitted year before, We had major Vibrations in the buildings until the repair was carried out then . The problem has reoccurred when HGV & PSV pass over these cut/cracks/sinking area. We have a major vibration at Talla Rd side of the building when this happens with doors opening window shaking Etc again My neighbours & my self are deeply concerned for the safety of the Service pipes Especially GAS (these are not potholes)
