Road breaking up and sinking

This damaged and sinking road surface has been outlined since before October 2020 and I reported it to Hampshire county council on 27 January 2021 and still no repair. It is by lamp post number 40. This is a very busy road with access to the industrial estate nearby and beltway homes being built. Our house shakes when all the HGV’s pass and hit the dip.
