Vans parked on grass verges on either side, unable to clearly see oncoming cars.

There are 2 vans parked on grass verges as you enter/exit Stroud Close for a couple of months. In addition, we have seen a car and caravan parked on the grass. My concern relates to exiting Stroud Close as my vision is blocked by the vans and having to inch further forward to see if there is in any oncoming vehicles in either direction. On a couple of occasions I have almost hit another car. Clearly it's not safe to exit Stroud Close with limited visibility not to mention damage caused to the grass area.
