Noisy manhole cover

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2739540.

Manhole cover makes double clanging sound everytime a car on a busy main road drives over it. I can hear it through double glazing. This has been going on for some time now and getting louder, its disturbing my sleep pattern and needs fixing.
