Pavement and Verge

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Allen Ridd at 12:14, Sun 26 August 2012

Sent to Coventry City Council 1 minute later

Two weeks ago Severn Trent Water dug a large hole outside number 91 and across the road to number 90 this was filled in what looks like soil when it rains this causes a large pool of water to form from 89 to 93. as parts of the verge are now lower than the curb and we have a blind person living in the Street this dangerous. Also there is a paving slab sticking Up outside the gate of 91 Dane Rd. As my wife is disabled this is also dangerous

Thank You. A L Ridd 91 Dane Rd Stoke. Coventry.

  • The holes in the road have been repaired but the verge has not been, it is still below the curb stones out side 91 and 93

  • The problem we started with was the fact that the verge had Dropped below the Pavement and the curb stones although the council came and patch up the road this problem still exists.
