Dumped barriers becoming a permanent feature

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2736282.

There have been barriers dumped on the pavement outside Twyford Moors Clasic cars since at least February 2021. The weeds growing through them are now 18 inches high, testament to the length of time the barriers have been here. No doubt this is another job that has been "passed to contractor", ie nothing gets done about it.
