Flooding of highway

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 00:19, Wed 19 May 2021

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2734964.

Lady Drove, Downham Market, at junction with A1122. An inoperable gully at this location creates a flood of Lady Drove, (close to the 'slippery road surface' warning sign), every single time there is any significant rainfall, (as yesterday). Please refer to photos. This is a particular danger as it is hidden from the view of drivers entering Lady Drove from the Eastbound A1122, forcing them on to the wrong side of the road at the last minute. This has been reported before and declared by NCC Highways as fixed, but patently is has not been fixed.
