Cars all over yellow lines and pavment

On the corner of belper st woolpack pub side of catherine st since the woolpack pub have changed there carpark in to a pub garden the customers park all over yellow lines and pavments wich is very dangerous in a residential area we have residents in wheelchairs and mobility scooters when they go out to the shops cannot get by some nights and have to resort to going on the road to get by also we had a fire engine had trouble getting down the road because of the cars all parked on corner and yellow lines something needs to be done before there is a serious accident some one also needs to talk to the owner of the woolpack pub he as been messaged about it by residents but does not seem to care.

    Don't think the council care tbh reported a few times nothing ever done there was a lady the other night nearly knocked of her mobility scooter as she had to go on road to get around cars on pavment. Also a fire engine had trouble getting down the st as car blocking the road on double yellows right on the corner and it's a narrow one way street. Someone will be seriously hurt or killed before anything is done.
