Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2730370.

This car has been parked for over 3 months now and is not in use. It is a BMW registration plate: DAD 3 MOM

Please try the registration number DA0 3 MOM or DA0 3 M0M It is a grey BMW with four flat tires and has now been there for around 4 months without moving. It I'd difficult enough to park down our street without having a dumped vehicle there too.
